There is a well equipped, fully fitted breakfast kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and a dishwasher.

The lounge has a  tv, wifi and electric fire leading off to a separate dining room.

Downstairs has a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. It also includes the shower, toilet and washbasin.
